Dr. Ray and her staff are an absolute joy! They provide wonderful, courteous care from scheduling the first consultation appointment to the very last retainer check. Appointment reminders by text and email were incredibly convenient and the front desk staff were always polite and accommodating if there ever was a need for an appointment change. When I moved from the area, I continued to travel many hours back to State College to receive their one-of-a-kind care. I was actually a little saddened when I "graduated" my treatment program because they are all so lovely and kind! I made the proper choice with Dr. Ray and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment!
